Who makes uscis.love and how
Updated: Author: Alina Kanametova
uscis.love is an independent free project for preparing the US talent visa yourself (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW): checklists, a base of real decisions, tools and reference guides. Below - who makes it and the rules the content follows.
How the content is made
Real decisions, not opinions
The core of the project is a base of 1,200+ real AAO appeal decisions on EB-1A: which criteria were counted, why cases were denied and in what words. The analytics on the decisions, insights and stats pages are computed from this data, not invented.
Community experience - labeled as such
Timelines, ranges and practical tips are gathered from open discussions of the Russian-speaking community (hundreds of thousands of messages). Such places are always labeled "community experience" and are never presented as USCIS rules.
Verifiability
Every reference page links to the primary source - uscis.gov or travel.state.gov - and explicitly asks you to verify current forms, fees and timelines there. If you spot an error - write in, we will fix it.
Where to next
An independent project: not affiliated with USCIS or the US government, not a law firm and not providing legal advice. All information is reference; decisions on your case are yours, with a professional when needed.
