Usually, the admission rules are available on the website or in the charter, which should also be on the site. In one of my associations, the wording was vague - I requested admission rules with their signature.
The requirements must be in the charter. For example, we have them fully detailed. If it's just a fee and they accept you, then there are no requirements to attach.
It is advisable to show the charter or membership rules, selection criteria, and who exactly makes the decision, as well as confirmation of your membership. If there is no membership card or protocol, you can ask for a membership confirmation letter on official letterhead, signed by the association president or your contact person. The clearer the selection severity is to the officer, the better.

Why "Membership" gets refused
Accepted in 12% of challenged petitions (22 of 188); not an approval rate.
The entry requirements do not amount to outstanding achievement. A fee, years of experience, a degree or a member’s referral is not the threshold this criterion demands.
