- Jury
- The organiser forms the Expert Council from business, science, public and cultural institutions and government; regional experts are added every year.

- What the winner receives
- The rules mention laureate diplomas signed by the organising committee and the head of the Expert Council.
- According to the site, over 6,300 experts have been nominated and 308 laureates have received the award.
- The site gives different dates for the first ceremony: 2011 (2025 results page) and 2012 (history page).
- According to the history page, the award became national and international in 2021 (applications in 6 languages), while ceremonies were still held in St Petersburg.
