EB-1 направление спорт (проф. спортсмен)
Собирал кейс с ним находясь уже в США по тур. визе. На все ушло 5 месяцев
Немного по срокам:
12 апреля 2023 подача сразу всего вместе I-131, I-765, I-140 и I-485
18 мая 2023 сдал отпечатки пальцев
27 мая 2023 получил карточку разрешения на работу комбинированную с адванс паролем.
26 января 2024 получил одобрение по I-140
21 марта 2024 то есть сегодня обновил приложение [продукт] и напротив моего I-485 появилось «New Card Is Being Produced”
В общем чуть меньше года на всё про всё что очень быстро.
17 января 2024 была подача на I-9 Начал работать на американскую компанию не по специальности и сразу через несколько дней аппрув по I-140, что наводит на мысль что возможно они там смотрят на социализацию)))
