Enter how many evidence items you have for each criterion (filled vs needed). We weight the criteria by what USCIS actually counts (from real RFEs and denials) and give you a weighted coverage read - not a self-graded yes/no and not a fake probability.
Upload your CV - we prefill the counts
Optional. We read the CV in your browser and draft the per-criterion evidence counts (including matches against your field base). Adjust the numbers by hand.

The check follows the criteria list in 8 CFR: eight for O-1A, ten for EB-1A. It is the same list an officer works through at the first stage - whether the documents formally match the criterion, without judging the quality of the work.
For each criterion the questions are built around the proof the officer actually asks for rather than the bare fact: the level of selection, the jury, the independence of the corroboration, the external source. That second half is where a criterion the petitioner considered closed usually gets struck out.
The result is not a score and not a probability. It is a map: where you hold external verifiable proof, where you hold only an assertion, and where you hold nothing. Three criteria closed with external evidence are safer than five closed with the company’s own paperwork.
