Organiser
The awards are administered by an Organising Committee; no legal entity is named on the pages read.
Founded
According to the site, the Glonary Awards were founded in 2024 by a group of innovators.
Who can enter
The Young Innovators page states ages 18-30, while the consolidated rules say 35 or under at the closing date; an implemented project with verifiable results is required.
Entry fee
A non-refundable entry fee applies per submission; the amount is published before each cycle and is not stated on the pages read.
How winners are chosen
At least three jurors score each entry; the mean score gives Gold (9-10), Silver (8-8.99) or Bronze (7-7.99). Bands are absolute and the number of recipients is not capped.
Jury
The rules say the jury is formed by appointment only, not open enrolment; the Young Innovators page, however, invites people to register to volunteer as a judge.
Categories
Six nomination categories: Cybersecurity, Women in Business, Influencers and Infobusiness, Technology and Design, Young Innovators, Business Leaders.
  • The FAQ on the Young Innovators page mentions public voting in some categories, while the regulations state there is none.
  • Cycle deadline: 1 December 2026, with winners announced on 20 December 2026.
  • The rules say payment of a fee gives no advantage in evaluation, sponsors have no influence on scoring and take no part in it; if a category is withdrawn from the cycle, the fee is refunded in full.
