Comparable evidence is alternative proof you may submit when a standard criterion does not apply to your field. The mandatory condition: explain to the officer why the standard criterion does not fit your occupation and how your evidence substitutes for it.

Example logic: a profession has no prestigious prizes - then recognition is shown another way of comparable weight. A bare 'I have no awards, here is something else' does not work: you need explicit argumentation of inapplicability.
