I worked with [адвокат] ([ссылка]) for several years on different immigration strategies.
What I really respected from the beginning—when I first wanted to pursue EB-1A, she was honest and said I did not qualify yet. Instead of pushing an unrealistic case, we went with EB-2 NIW.
Later, with much stronger achievements, I had to urgently prepare and file EB-1A.
We successfully changed my Adjustment of Status to EB-1A without leaving the U.S., while I was on U4U and TPS.
My first TPS was approved, the second one is still pending, and [адвокат] developed a strong legal argument to address a conflict between immigration statutes and AOS was great and have already my green card.
Along the way, we also explored H-1B options and even prepared an O-1 case, which we ultimately did not file because my EB-1A was approved first.
