We paid them $4300 for an I-140 EB-2 NIW: started in May 2022, the petition went out in November, and in January 2023 the I-140 was approved. They have a strict intake, so the approval rate is high and a refund on denial is a rare situation for them.

I am also doing an EB-2 NIW with WeGreened. They have different contracts: a regular one (no guarantee) and approve or refund. For the full refund they asked me to confirm about ten peer reviews of other people's papers - in the end it was fine.
