Key answer

When the evidence is assembled, it needs to be put into one readable packet: cover page, table of contents, exhibits in order, translations, forms. This tool builds that table of contents from what you have already marked in your profile and in the evidence organizer. No AI - just a clean structure you can print and adapt.

When to use it

Right before filing - once the criteria are selected and the exhibits are assembled. The tool shows how to organize the materials by section, number the exhibits, and which spots are still empty (no translations, no forms selected).

How to use it

  1. Mark the criteria in the profile and gather the evidence in the evidence organizer.
  2. Click "Build packet" - you will get a table of contents: cover page, criteria, numbered exhibits by criterion, a translations section, and a forms index.
  3. Copy or print it. This is a framework: adapt it to your case.

Why it matters

The officer reads the packet from top to bottom. A numbered table of contents, exhibits in the order of the argument, and the original before the translation all speed up review and reduce the risk of an RFE. The exact list of forms is in the tool which forms you need; page-by-page formatting is covered in the article correct and incorrect.

  • «EB1 is split into 3 sub-criteria: EB11/EB1(a) - extraordinary ability; EB12/EB1(b) - outstanding researcher; and EB13/EB1(c) - multinational manager (this is like L1). EB2 is LC-based EB, unless you qualify for NIW.»
